Product returns and exchange
Did you get the wrong size? Or you changed your mind eventually?
We prepared a short guideline on how to proceed. You have 30 days from the delivery to return products from the e-shop.
How to return or and exchange products?
- To return and exchange products, you will need two important documents - the invoice and the printed and filled form Withdrawal from the contract. Needed information for filling the form can be found on the invoice. Place both documents into the package with the products you are returning.
- We recommend sending the products in original packaging. Carefully pack the shipment to avoid damage in transport.
- Send the package by registered mail or standard mail by a courier to the address indicated below. Cash-on delivery on the given address unfortunately cannot be collected by anyone, which means it would be returned to you unprocessed. Save the tracking number of the package and the invoice from the carrier.
- For exchanges of goods if this is a first exchange of the product or products, we will send you the new desired products and cover their delivery. If this is a further exchange from the same order, we will charge the delivery and packaging.
- Products are received at the headquarters in Czechia. Request processing can last up to 4 weeks.
- In case of a return after we receive the package with the products and all needed documents, we will return the money within 14 days.
