Did you discover a fault?

By law you have a warranty period of 24 months unless it is stated otherwise on our web or in the enclosed warranty. The warranty period starts on the day you receive the products and it can possibly extend for the period when the product is under warranty repair. In case or exchange for new products (within warranty period), new warranty period starts.

How to file a complaint?

  1. First, prepare two important documents - the invoice you received when you took over the products and the Complaint form. Place both documents into the package with the products.
  2. Carefully pack the shipment to avoid damage in transport.
  3. Send the package by registered mail or standard mail by a courier to the address indicated below. Cash-on delivery on the given address unfortunately cannot be collected by anyone, which means it would be returned to you unprocessed. Save the tracking number of the package and the invoice from the carrier.

  4. Our colleagues from the complaints department will inform you about complaint evaluation within no more than 30 days, by email.
