Product exchange

Did you get the wrong size? Or you changed your mind eventually?

We prepared a short guideline on how to proceed. You have 14 days from the delivery to exchange products from the e-shop. 

You can now return/exchange your goods until 31st January 2022!

Don’t stress out. You can exchange or return your Christmas e-shop purchases, made between 1.11. - 24.12.2021, until the end of January 2022! The extended return/exchange policy is valid for all registered and unregistered customers. Send the purchase from the e-shop by the carrier according to our instructions.

 

Apart from the extended period for the returns and exchanges nothing else has changed. We wish you a Merry Christmas filled with joy and sports!

How to exchange products?

  1. Prepare two important documents - the invoice and the printed and filled form Product exchange procedure. Needed information to fill the form can be found on the invoice. Place both documents into the package with the products.
  2. We recommend sending the products you want to exchange in original packaging. They need to be unused, undamaged (including any accessories) and suitable for further sale. Carefully pack the shipment to avoid damage in transport.   
  3. Send the package by registered mail or standard mail by a courier to the address indicated below. Cash-on delivery on the given address unfortunately cannot be collected by anyone, which means it would be returned to you unprocessed. Save the tracking number of the package and the invoice from the carrier.

  1. If this is a first exchange of the product or products, we will send you the new desired products and cover their delivery. If this is a further exchange from the same order, we will charge the delivery and packaging.
  2. Products are received at the headquarters in Czechia. Request processing can last up to 4 weeks.
