The Viola TOURIST RAINCOAT for adults is made of PEVA and has a number of advantages over classic PVC raincoats. Much higher tensile strength than conventional PVC, almost half the weight - a great advantage especially for hiking and thanks to the high strength, thinner foils can be chosen, and thus the raincoats take up less storage space. PEVA does not stiffen with decreasing temperatures like PVC does. Studs are protected against tearing with a fused backing. Similar reinforcement in the underarms.
