Agreement with personal data processing

SPORTISIMO s.r.o., based at Řevnická 170/4, 155 21, Praha 5 - Třebonice, IČ: 26194627, registered in business register kept by City court in Prague, section C, insert 78675 (further just „Seller“).

The seller operates retail stores and e-shops in relation to selling sport merchandise.

1. Person interested in receiving marketing notices/newsletter by checking a field, by which he has shown interest in receiving marketing notices/newsletter and by providing his name, address, email address, and phone number, agree with processing of their personal details and their use listed further. The Seller will process all provided data, namely:
   • name and surname
   • e-mail
   • phone number
   • address

2. Your personal data listed above will be processed with the purpose of entering them into the database for sending marketing notices („Agreement for marketing purposes “), and that for a period of 3 year from receiving the permission, if you do not extend it. You can cancel receiving marketing notices in a simple way at any time and the details listed above will be removed from the database. You can do so for example by sending a letter, e-mail to the e-mail address eshop@sportisimo.com, clicking on the hyperlink in marketing notice, through sms or other suitable method. Marketing notices ca be sent regarding all subject of business activity of Seller.

3. Agreement for marketing purposes includes namely agreement with:

• Receiving marketing notifications,
• Receiving user adjusted marketing notices/targeted advertisement,
• Receiving contest information (user),
• Receiving questionnaires regarding satisfaction and rating of seller, order or product,
• Receiving other marketing notices, questionnaires or requests regarding improvement or control of provided services or sale of products and survey of customer opinion – always in relation to the products/services of seller.

4. Seller will always handle the personal data in accordance with valid legal regulations.

5. Personal data processing is done by the seller; however, other processors can process them for him, namely:

• Provider of marketing services, company Exponea CZ s.r.o. IČ: 05927927, based at Rohanské nábřeží 678/29, 186 00, Praha 8,
• Provider of transport services,
• Providers of respective database, analytical or software systems, services and applications compliant with the terms of personal data protection.

The seller can transfer the personal data to severs placed outside of the CZ or to branches of other trustworthy third party companies from other countries that process personal data..

6. The seller will use all appropriate method and relevant measures to protect the personal data, while requiring the same from the third parties that will be processing the personal data.

7. In the case of any questions, comments or concerns regarding the handling of personal data, the Seller can be contacted at any time.

8. In accordance with personal data protection, the data provider has a rights to:

• request from the Seller the information which personal data is processed,
• request access from Seller to the personal data and have them updated or corrected, potentially request limitation on their processing,
• request the removal of the personal data from seller,
• for transferability of the data to other subjects,
• request a copy of the processed personal data,
• raise a complaint with Seller regarding processing of his personal data,
• file a complaint with the office for personal data protection (https://www.uoou.cz),
• for legal protection , if you believe that your right have been violated as a result of processing your personal data in violation of legal regulations..

10. Seller informs that the supervising organ in the area of personal data protection is the office for personal data protection based in Pplk. Sochora 27, Praha 7, 17000 (uoou.cz), registration number of subject/Seller is 00032409.

11. The Seller in authorized to process personal data through selected processer, and the buyer takes note that processor selected in this manner is not subject to other agreements.
