The Sharp Shape AEROBIC STEP SH200 is a multifunctional tool for training at home and in the gym. Adjustable dual-height settings enable you to customize the exercise difficulty levels. In the basic position, the aerobic step is 12 cm high, after the side blocks are fitted, the height moves to a distance of 17 cm from the floor. And in the case that you attach the highest blocks, the step platform rises to 22 cm. The platform has a non-slip surface, as does the base. All parts of the product are made of hardened plastic and thanks to the anti-slip treatment it is stepstrong and safe.
