- Prepare two important documents - the invoice and the printed and filled form Product exchange procedure. Needed information to fill the form can be found on the invoice. Place both documents into the package with the products.
- We recommend sending the products you want to exchange in original packaging. They need to be unused, undamaged (including any accessories) and suitable for further sale. Carefully pack the shipment to avoid damage in transport.
- Send the package by registered mail or standard mail by a courier to the address indicated below. Cash-on delivery on the given address unfortunately cannot be collected by anyone, which means it would be returned to you unprocessed. Save the tracking number of the package and the invoice from the carrier.

- If this is a first exchange of the product or products, we will send you the new desired products and cover their delivery. If this is a further exchange from the same order, we will charge the delivery and packaging.
- Products are received at the headquarters in Czechia. Request processing can last up to 4 weeks.
