1. First, prepare two important documents - the invoice you received when you took over the products and the Complaint form. Place both documents into the package with the products.

 

  1. Carefully pack the shipment to avoid damage in transport.

 

  1. Send the package by registered mail or standard mail by a courier to the address indicated below. Cash-on delivery on the given address unfortunately cannot be collected by anyone, which means it would be returned to you unprocessed. Save the tracking number of the package and the invoice from the carrier.
