This along with optimal weight on ski creates ideal conditions for proper technical push. Recommended length is from 15 to 20 cm more than the person's height.

Ski with ascend support are suitable for begginer up to slightly sport skiers. The ascend chamber area at the base of these skis has roughened scales or various types of grips that do not require waxing, thus forgoing the alchemy with selecting suitable wax types.
