How to choose the grip size

We recommend placing a ruler against the extended palm, fingers pointing up one next to each other. Place the ruler to follow the line between the ring finger and the middle finger. Measure the distance from the middle lateral line (if you turn your palm slightly, you will see 3 bold “lifelines”) to the end of the ring finger. According to the measured distance in cm, use the chart to get the grip size.

Grip size  Measured distance  Recommended for
G1 10,5 cm women
G2 10,8 cm women
G3 11,1 cm women/men
G4 11,4 cm men
G5 11,7 cm men
