The Spokey TENSO is a compact yet extremely effective set of expanders designed for intense lower body strengthening. Three bands with different resistance levels easily attach to comfortable ankle adapters using carabiners. Thanks to this system, you can smoothly adjust the intensity of your workout – from light muscle activation with one band to advanced strength training with all three bands at once.
