Used Technologies

GORE-TEX®

The GORE-TEX® materials are created by laminating a GORE-TEX® membrane to highly durable fabrics, which have taped seams for 100% waterproofness.    How does Gore-Tex ...

AIRmesh

Breathable and cool, AIRmesh ensures a high standard of breathability and comfort for the upper part of the shoe.

DYNAMOTION FIT - for shoes

DYNAMOTION FIT for shoes incorporates motion capture and biomechanics to deliver shoes that work with your foot throughout your stride.

WAVE TECHNOLOGY

Inspired by nature, Mizuno's midsole WAVE TECHNOLOGY offers a unique shape which dissipates impact forces away from the foot for a smoother, more cushioned feel with each step.

SmoothRide

SmoothRide offers a unique approach to minimise the rapid acceleration and decelaration of the foot during the running transition, delivering the smoothest stride possible.

X10

X10 provides durability and traction. The durable carbon rubber allows for more longevity in high impact areas and more traction with each heel strike.

U4IC

U4IC is a unique midsole compound that provides high comfort and perfomance, while being extremely lighweight.

How to Choose Size

      A - foot length

      B - insole length

      C - 5 mm (0,20 inch)

When buying running shoes, choosing the right size is essential. If you click on the size, top line will show you the size in other measurement units. Different brands can use different sizing. Unfortunately, there isn’t any unified size chart. In our experience, it is best to look at the measurements in JPN (J) – this measurement states RECCOMMENDED FOOT LENGTH in millimetres for Mizuno shoes for given size. However this measurement can differ item to item.

If your foot measures 285 mm, we recommend size EU 44, because the manufacturer already ensures wiggle room for your toes.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT

A - length in centimetres (inch)

Equipment:

  • Use either a shoe box or any wall with a 90° angle.
  • Get a piece of paper or a cardboard, ruler and a pen.

What next?

  • Be sure to wear your usual socks.
  • Step on the piece of paper and position your foot in a 90° angle to a wall or use a shoe box.
  • Use a ruler and a pen to draw a line right above your longest toe.
  • Measure the distance from the line to the wall.
  • Choose size accordingly.
