The Merrell TRAIL GLOVE 7 men's barefoot shoes are designed to provide a more natural foot position, offering a truly minimalist feel for outdoor enthusiasts. This is thanks to the Vibram® EcoStep outsole, which wraps around the foot to maximise grip, and to the minimal FloatPro Foam™ midsole. FLEXconnect® bi-directional flex grooves are also integrated into the midsole for better ground connection. The height of the sole is 14 mm. So, there's nothing stopping you from going back to walking barefoot.
