Men’s running shoes: The Joma SIERRA MEN are ideal for training and trail racing. The upper is made from a breathable and durable mesh material and the FLEXSHIELD system provides better foot protection. Great fit is provided by the 100% elastic tongue and nylon lining with elastane. The insole is made from pre-moulded EVA foam. The midsole is made with the Full Dual Pulsor system - consists of double phylon in different densities to optimise cushioning. It contains a piece of higher density phylon that provides greater stability. The sole is made of DURABILITY rubber, which ensures grip in all situations
