The HMS PREMIUM PYBS01 plyometric box set includes four soft boxes of varying heights, essential for any gym or fitness centre. Ideal for functional and conditioning training, as well as mobility work, each box features a polyethylene foam core encased in durable PVC. The foam density ensures stability for exercises like jump squats while remaining soft enough to reduce injury risk during falls. Weighing just 15 kg in total, the set is easy to transport and stack. The bottom edge of each box contains 2 Velcro cuffs that connect the boxes together to form one solid and stable unit.
