HMS PFM02

The HMS PFM02 training mask is a perfect tool for enhancing fitness and endurance. By restricting airflow, the mask simulates high-altitude conditions, making it more difficult for the lungs to fill with air. This encourages lung expansion and increases capacity, while the added challenge of breathing strengthens the intercostal muscles. The mask offers a range of settings, with partitions and membranes that simulate altitudes from 900 to 5400 metres above sea level.
