SHIFT LEADER
Job location: Nyíregyháza
Working hours: Shifts – (irregular working schedule), "long and short week" (12 hours per day)
Main resposibilities:
• Be co-responsible for store management
• Be co-responsible for Economic result of the store
• Hire, motivate and profesionally develop the store staff
• Take care of customers (serve customers)
Requirements:
• Previous experience in leadership is a must
• Previous expenrience in a retail shop is a must
• Reliability, thoroughness, independence, responsibility
• Good communication and organizational skill, common sense
• Experience from similar position welcome
